Hekla into the valley of doom (Dómadalur) where the landscape is dominated by ash and tundra, with colors of green moss and black ash covered mountains.  Landmannalaugar can easily be called the pearl of Iceland´s highlands. With its endless display of colors Geo thermal activity and hot pools it is a must see.
